The install team was right on time. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I had an entire HVAC system replaced. My install went smoothly with excellent attention to detail. They even reconnected my dryer vent! Upon completion of install they explained thoroughly all of the equipment testing everything for efficiency and answered all of my questions. I’ve had an awesome experience with everyone at Carolina heating from my first phone call to completion of install and there equipment and service warranty is second to none!
